Having worked in various roles (Education & Training, Hospital Administration, Project management) in both inpatient and ambulatory settings gives Karen the ability to understand both clinical and financial workflow and the needs of the various roles that result in a successful Meditech implementation or optimization project. She has led diverse teams with all levels of staff to build consensus, drive progress and meet project milestones, delivering projects on time and within budget. Her primary objective is to assist the staff to utilize the software to improve patient care and safety. Her approach leads to high levels of end user adoption and satisfaction.
