Roy is a seasoned and transformational healthcare executive, entrepreneur, teacher, and mentor, having recently held CIO and CTO positions in large, medium, and small healthcare systems across the country. He has a passion for innovation and is committed to achieving operational excellence, improving outcomes and the quality of care in an ever-changing healthcare ecosystem.
His experience in healthcare spans over three decades, helping organizations to achieve their strategic objectives by enabling people, process, data, and technology. He is a servant-leader who provides clarity in times of ambiguity through collaboration, transparency, and inclusion.
Roy received an MBA from Columbia University in NY; a MS in Software Engineering from National University in CA; and a BS in Mathematics from Brigham Young University in UT.
He is also CISSP certified for cybersecurity, PMP certified for project management, and an ITIL Expert for operational efficiency.
