Board Director and Chief Operating Officer

Sujatha Ramesh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Health Care Triangle Inc. (HCTI), reporting directly to the CEO and Board. In this role, she leads the company’s operational strategy, sales execution, service delivery, talent management, and financial planning—ensuring full alignment with HCTI’s growth and innovation goals.

With over 25 years of global leadership experience in financial services and technology, Sujatha is widely recognized for her ability to bridge strategy and execution. She has successfully led large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Latin America—including Mexico—with deep expertise in operational strategy, corporate growth, technology modernization, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

At HCTI, her focus includes driving operational efficiency, strengthening sales and delivery performance, enhancing client partnerships, leading talent development, and managing budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation to support scalable, sustainable growth.

Before joining HCTI, Sujatha held senior executive roles at Fortune 500 companies, including an 18-year tenure at Citigroup (2006–2024), where she spearheaded critical enterprise programs across risk, finance, and technology. She also held leadership positions at Publicis Sapient, Infinite Computer Solutions, and Capgemini (iGATE Global Solutions), delivering complex IT transformations across global markets including the UK, France, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.

An honored listee in Who’s Who in America, Sujatha is a respected thought leader who has spoken at global forums, mentored emerging leaders, and helped shape innovation and governance across enterprises.

She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Applications.
